Regular Maintenance Window
PROdb has a standing weekly maintenance window:
Every Saturday, from approximately 15:00 to 18:00 JST
During this window, maintenance work that does not require or cause downtime is performed — for example, minor software patches or redundant hardware swaps within the hosting infrastructure.
From time to time and despite careful planning, unavoidable situations during maintenance may result in brief unscheduled downtime. We appreciate your understanding in those cases.
For any scheduled maintenance that will require downtime, we announce it in advance.
